I’m especially proud of this one. My new Model No. 1 is a reimagining of the traditional OM guitar that pays homage to tradition while incorporating modern design aesthetics and many enhanced structural features.

Miles came all the way down from St. Louis to study with me seven months ago. I can’t believe how quickly time has flown by. Even more remarkable, he came in not having used any tools to speak of but with a keen desire to learn and to create, he’s now closing in on his third guitar build with several more slotted before he’s done.

What a time we’ve had so far. Here’s to making beautiful things and operating from a place of creativity. It’s a true blessing to share space with such great people and to witness a spark turn into a🔥. Life’s too short to not build guitars :) (or to just do what you love).

Spent the last few days finalizing the headstocks for a new batch of guitars.

A new solid walnut guitar stand is off to Rasa S. in Ontario. Oh, and there’s a new guitar in there as well.
